Selling application for Catalogue Authorisation Problems

Hi,

I wanted to add a new product and an 5665 error code appears. When i was trying to request a Selling application for Catalogue Authorisation under my brand name (without trademark) amazon takes my account name as a brand name and didn´t accept my request.
Now i can´t make a new case log with please to amazon to help me with this issue.

Did you upload photos of your products with your branding permanently affixed to the product or packaging ?
If you don’t have this and you don’t have a trademark, you’ll need to list them as ‘generic’
