Amazon Advertising - Error

Hi,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have been selling on Amazon for over 10 years and when we try and go on Advertising to create a campaign it states the following:

" Sorry, you aren’t eligible to advertise at this time

Thank you for your interest in Amazon Advertising. To be eligible, you must be a seller or vendor with an established Amazon selling relationship. If you’re new to selling on Amazon, please use resources available within Seller Central or Vendor Central to get your business off the ground before advertising."

We are definitely eligible and meet the requirements.

Please help and advise.
