Full SARS request from a customer

Hello,

One of our customers is requesting a full SARS report. This customer bought an item from us through Amazon. Can anyone help explain how we can help this customer with the SARS report, or does he need to apply with Amazon?

Will appreciate any help.

Do you mean a Suspicious Activity Report? That's an odd thing for a buyer to request as normally they are created by financial institutions. Amazon handle buyer's money so pass them on to Amazon.

Or do you mean something else?
