To provide better customer support and stay insert compliant I would like to direct customers to the buyer-seller messaging platform to contact us for help.

Is there anyway that I can create a deep link URL that will do this?

Other than that I cant find a clear way to direct customers on how to locate the contact seller to reach us for help. Any better ideas?

I had a buyer order off us and goods delivered 18 days ago, i just received this message

'You sent the wrong Bonio’s. I ordered Bitesize, but received the large ones. Unfortunately, I have had to use one of the boxes, but there are four unopened ones, as you will see in the photo.

How do you respond to this? they have part used the order, and DPD photo just shows a front door.

I'm probably not the first seller who has had such a situation. the buyer bought two items, one weighs 1.9 kg, so the service I bought is medium royal mail up to 10 kg (same price like for 5 kg). The description says that the item weighs 1.9 kg. The parcel was delivered, a photo was taken and it looks identical to the one I sent. I feel that the buyer wants to cheat me. The buyer has opened a case and wants to return one item and keep the other one, I have to pay for the return sticker, so when I calculate everything, I lose quite a lot.
