Need help with section 3 suspension on new account
Hi All,
I was creating new account and my account got suspend immediate after creation with section 3. And Amazon is not replying to me when I open the case. I have opened two cases and no reply from amazon. And I try to submit my documents. It is not verifying my account and giving any answer what’s the issue/
Anybody can tell how to handle or resolve this issue?

All new accounts are suspended until they verify all of the information that you have provided - they do not just make it active straight away as too much to check.
Do not keep opening cases either, as you will keep being put to the bottom of the pile - you need to wait for a response and they will tell you if they need any other documentation.

I am in the same situation. I am not a resident of England and I founded my company in England. For this reason, our company address is a virtual address even though it is a physical place. I cannot provide the utility bill requested from me, the other option is a business license, but I do not understand what kind of document is requested with this term.

one problem i need to discuss is that my buisness address in amazon seller account had some information missed for example my actual address is unit 3 premier house in last west midlands united kingdom b662aa but unfortunately i missed last words like west midlands united kingdom in seller account so what should i do when uploading utility bill because the bill actualy had complete business address.
