My inventory is showing nothing after FBA shipment received

I have never seen this before. amazon reecived my shipment 2 days ago, but one of my listing is not showing anything ( 0 unit in reserved section), the funny thing is that I can see this listing is selling on selling page.
Received another shipment yesterday, same thing happened to my other listing. the units received won’t reflect my inventory, no matter how many units received, it’s showing nothing in my manage inventory page.

Anyone experienced same? I contacted amazon, but customer service doing nothing but keeping copying and pastying a unrelated answer.

Any idea will be appreciated.

Same here… and the quantity is not showing as reserved or in transfer… just vanished… and the dashboard has been updated for a “low stock” warning, which vanished when we sent the shipment.

I have something similar I’ve never seen before. All my queues are at 0 but the stock is “ACTIVE” and selling?!

Same issue, here must be an Amazon bug, stock showing as available on retail site but inventory showing as 0 with no reserved inventory, transfers etc.

Also have some SKUS where inventory is showing as more than I actually have, i.e. 1 showing as available on retail site (correct amount), but 48 showing in my inventory.

To top it all off I have loads of SKUS with ‘inventory errors’ and therefore stranded. Stock is showing as available, nothing is being marked for transfer, yet Amazon has put it in stranded inventory and made the SKU inactive.

My inventory has come off stranded now. After refreshing the inventory reason it changed to listing deleted, after we deleted the listing. This should take 24 hours. You then need to create “create new listing” in the stranded inventory page and add the same SKU as before that was previously used for the FBA stock… and it took 15 minutes and the stranded inventory vanished, however, it’s still not in stock ready for customers to buy… based on SS really this can take a day and up to 5 days to start being used again… we’ve decided just to send new stock in to bridge the gap while it figures itself out.
