Poor resp[onse of SafeT claims
HI,
We are selling polo shirts. Recentley we have received returns of washed shirts without paper trims or poly bag after 20 days.
We have lodged safeT claims and to our surprise less then 10% of the amount is reimbursed. Upon inquiring on the decesion no response or reason was given by the team.
I would like to know if it is a normal policy by Amazon?

It's completely against their policy, but it's also absolutely the standard way they operate.

Apologies for the delay on getting back to you. Our SAFE-T claims team has evaluated the appeal on this order, and they have confirmed that the decision previously provided is the correct one, and they will not be able to overturn the decision with the refund amount.
I acknowledge this is not the outcome we were expecting, and I wish I could push this further.
