A+ content from .com to .ca

So we are a seller on .com expanding to .ca through BIL. My question is: why are majority of our A+ content not available on .ca?

I found this helpful guide on how to copy your A+ content from .com to .ca:

1. Create your A+ content on your primary marketplace, submit it, and wait for it to be fully approved and published by Amazon.

2. Go to your target/secondary marketplace.

3. Open the A+ Content Manager and click the checkbox that says "Show auto created content".

4. You should see "draft" copies of your A+ content from your main marketplace.

5. Click the link/title to open your content. Then click the button on the top right to Edit it.

6. You may edit it, then assign an ASIN for it, then submit for review.

========

1. We already have A+ content approved and published for most of our ASINs; the ones we don't have yet are for our new listings.

2. When we go to the target marketplace and tick the auto-created content tick box, it shows some of our EBC. It shows the latest A+ content for some of our ASINs, but not for most.

Amazon Seller Support told me this:

"We are unable to support the request to systematically migrate A+ Content from one account to another at this time. The best thing you can do here is to create separate A+ Content for Canada Account."

It's weird that the latest A+ content for some ASINs are available in .ca, but most aren't. It would really save us a lot of time if they can just be synced since we have hundreds of active ASINs.
