Prime FBM Saturday requirements

Good afternoon,

I am currently in the trial period for Prime FBM. I see that I am required to do Saturday dispatch based on the latest rules but can't see what the earliest pick-up time I am allowed to put. Is it 12 midday?

And can I confirm that a 4pm order cut-off is the earliest that is allowed during the week?
