Response required: Your Amazon account is still on hold
Hello dear members my friend got this message from Amazon Uk. He can not login to seller central because buyer account is temporarily on hold. He sent bank statemnt to amazon but get this message. What kind of document he have to provide ?

A bank statement doesnt show your card number on, it needs to be a credit card statement. Has he used someone else's card?
