Can't find accumilated ads charges for billing cycle - PART 2

Hi,

So just to follow up on this thread here because it's been locked today for some very suspicious reason???? .....

The accumilated charges did come back last week for a short few days but have now resorted back to the page where we can't see our accumilated ad charges. Why?

I was told ''In reference to this we have contacted our internal team and received an update saying that we did not include Accumulating charges in new update but due to customer requests we would be enabling this feature again by 15/11.''

So it came back for a few days and now it's gone again & one of the mods locked the original thread today which seems highly suspicious considering someone had only replied in the thread 5 hours ago.

Can we please we get some transparancy on our accumilated ad charges, we need to see them, like ive said many of times i'm pretty confident that this will be against the law here in the UK.

I was reviewing your previous thread information and found a case ID ending in 7582. Can you please confirm if this is the case ID in which you made the request to the advertising team, so I can have a look into it?

If that is not the correct case ID, please provide me the ID here.

Well i was told it will enrol back out again by the 15th, it's now the 14th and still no sign of it yet so lets see if it comes back tomorrow. I was told that when it came back last week for 2 days they were 'testing it'

Just been back on to amazon ad support and im now told they dont have a time frame when this will be back, absolutely ridiculous! I'll email the managing director, there trying to delay this so people cant see how much they've accumilated in ads over christmas im sure of it. The page has been there for years and years, it takes 5 mins to revert it back, they reverted it back 2 weeks ago for 2 days so it can easily be done, and if there making a new page revert it back to the old one whilst new one is being tested. I've waited long enough now, funny how the guy on support was able to tell me how much ive accumilated in ads but we cant see it?

@Angie_Amazon this needs sorting asap please!
