Item Weight and Package Weight Discrepancy

Hello,

I list a product with the following attributes

• Item Weight as 1.00kg
• Item Package Weight as 1.50kg

Seller Central confirms that the two weights are set and are correct.

Amazon Support confirms that the two weights are set and are correct.

SP-API Listing GetItem call confirms that the two attributes are set and are correct.

But the amazon.co.uk listing page shows the package weight incorrect as 1.00kg and the item weight correct as 1.00kg.

This is affecting 100% of my listings, and a cursory browse of Amazons website, I can't find a single product that is displaying a different package weight, to item weight.

I've spoken to about 6 different people on Amazon support, but I can't get past "if you update the values, they will be on the website after 24 hours" stock response.

Anyone else seeing this? Some of my items have high packaging weights, so I'd like to get the weight right on the website.
