Report a Violation

We have seller central account since 2018 and we have selling our products which is clothing by FBA. We have our own Trade Mark certificate under our name. We have applied to Brand Registery team to register our brand which has been rejected with same standard reply as " you have couduct violation eetc... " Althogu our account has good health with Zero violation.

Recently we have noticed that some unknown seller has controlled our brand and selling our product under his name on Amazon.co.uk. He has control in such a way that if you wan to Edit or want to change anything from our seller central account, amazon not let us do anything WITH OUT THE PERMISSION OF THIS UNKNOWN SELLER. Althoug we have Trade Mark certifciate. My question is How this unknow seller put his name on our prodcut and sell? did Amazon reigster his brand but How we have trade Mark Certificate...

Anyway we have been advised to do report a violation with our all proof like Trade Mark certificate etc... which we did last week against this unknow seller but instaead of taking action to unknow seller amazon has blocked our ASIN as considering that we are doing violation. How pathectic this amazon team.. Since this ASIN has been blocked by Amazon we called them again and we have been advised to retract the complain by us in order to activate the account. We have retract the complain and amazon has unblocked our some ASIN but in INACTIVE Status and when we tried to activate this ASIN again amazon not letting us activated without the permission of this unknown seller.

We have tried everything to explain amazon customer service but honestly they don't understand anything and keep sending same standard answer by sending link etc...

Can some one help me how to solve this issue with amazon...
