Amazon shipping labels not printing correctly when purchased through buy shipping
Morning all,
We are experiencing issues with amazon shipping labels, when purchasing labels on amazon using buy shipping.
When we buy these from Ship.amazon they print out correctly as they should.
When we purchase DPD labels through buy shipping, these also print out as they should.
The label prints out enlarged, with lots of detail missing as well as the barcode.
We are using a thermal 4 x 6 printer Zebra GK420D.
Never had issues like this in the past, amazon keep fobbing us off with articles we "must" read - however they too are no help.
Anyone have any suggestions please?

Go into your printer settings are reset the default sizes - maybe the paper dimensions are set to 3x2 instead.
ALtenratively if printing via chrome / browser set scale to fit to printable areas or a manual scale size to adjust - its a local issue related to printer settings. I spend my life adjsting them when they go wrong.

We are experiencing a similar issue! Our DPD shipping labels are printing the top part of the label correctly (Name and address) but the bottom half is blank where the barcode should be. We have tried test labels and trouble shooting and the printer is showing everything as ok - but we cannot get the labels to print the barcodes. Did you find a fix for this?
