I am trying to appel to the decision of taking my premium delivery options but is not letting me by saying that my email address is not associated with the seller account. On my seller account I have no notification as to be any problems to resolved.

Did you reply directly to the email you received to say your premium shipping was revoked?
This is only way I have found to appeal premium shipping revocation.
If it says your email address is wrong have you perhaps changed your email at some point in the past?
Yes, I replied to that email but no luck. I just checked now my spam folder and it seems that I have a email from them there so hopefully I will manage to sort this out now.
Did you manage to sort your case? Maybe you can give me some advice at what information is the most important to gain back my premium shipping. If not, is ok. Thank you so much for your reply.
It kind of depends why it was restricted in the first place.
When I appeal I go through each defect order showing that it was despatched on time and that the delay was due to Royal Mail and not me.
I then go on to explain how I will continue to ship the orders so they are received within the necessary time frame.
Last 2 times I did this I got reinstated.
This assumes it has been removed for late delivery.
If you have lost it due to Valid Tracking or cancelled orders it maybe harder to appeal as these are things in your control.
