Another seller is selling one of my products
Hi Fellow Sellers
Another seller is selling one of my products - not an issue I hear you say, but I manufacture this product, I’ve not sold any of them to this seller, and I have sold out of the product too.
They are listing the product at 35% less than I sell it at, but at a higher postage price so if someone buys one of the item, then it is the same cost as if they bought it from me.
Is there any way of reporting this to Amazon and getting the listing removed?
All help and advice gratefully received.

Hey @Fantasy_Candles,
I strongly, strongly, strongly agree with @russ here.
Will attach links to our Build Your Brand topic on Seller University, Brand Owner FAQs,Obtain IP rights with IP Accelerator, Brand Registry E-Learning, furhtermore we have more pages on our help pages, Amazon Brand Registry.
By the by, your manufactured product, is the brand trademarked?
Also shout out to those who responded.
Regards,
Winston

Correct me I’m wrong but you dont appear to have a trademark,I would rectify this now as you risk another seller TM ing your name & stealing your brand, which appears to be happening more on Amazon recently, they could then kick you off your listings.
Getting Brand Registry gives you a higher degree of brand protection & enables you to have A+ content on your listings like videos & enhanced imagery which for your type of product I think would be a big bonus.
