I am writing to report a critical bug that is preventing me from completing the KYC verification process for my seller account, even though I have all the required documents ready.
The link provided in Amazon's email to access the KYC interface and submit my personal information is:

However, when I click on this link or paste it directly into my browser, it consistently redirects me to a different URL:

This redirected page only displays my company and contact information, which is grayed out and non-editable. Crucially, there is no option or button anywhere to upload the required proof documents. When I click the "Submit Information" button on this page, my KYC verification is inevitably rejected shortly afterward because I have no way to attach any supporting files.
This is a severe bug that is blocking my business operations. I am fully prepared to submit all necessary documents for review, including copies of my ID, household register, utility bills, and bank statements.
I urgently request that the Amazon team either:
1.Provide a functional link or portal where I can directly upload my KYC documents, or
2.Provide a dedicated email address where I can send the required files for manual review.

I have truly run out of options. After testing and submitting 12 times, I finally realized the issue was with the link redirect. I have opened multiple support cases but have not yet received a reply that resolves the problem. This is why I am now posting on the forum, in the hope of getting the attention and help I need.
