Help I have 9 orders that say "Amazon has been unable to obtain authorization for buyer's credit card yet."
I have 8 orders in my FBA order account that say Amazon has been unable to obtain authorization for buyer's credit card yet. Learn more. Not all my items have been through receiving, but I have 149 prime eligible. I don't want my customers to be waiting if my stuff is still moving across the county. How do I get this to move along.

Dominic from Amazon here, unfortunately there is nothing you can do to move these orders around as their payment method needs to be authorized.
On the Manage orders page, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days.
