Hi, since morning we are not able to generate buy shipping labels for our SFP orders. Anyone having similar issue?
Till yesterday it was working fine.

we dont even have this option...its just disappeared from the buy shipping options.

Please try and scroll down to see the greyed out option for Evri - Account Linked option. If you have connected your EVRi account to Amazon.

Same here. We have opened a case with Amazon as it seems there is an API issue. I would recommend you do the same with screenshot.

Hi, just got through with someone on EVRi. They responded following -
We are aware of an issue with clients trying to create labels for Amazon passthrough. This has been escalated to Amazon this morning and are awaiting an update.
We will wait till 1 PM if they fix it otherwise after that unfortunately we will have to make the labels manually using EVRI 24H service.

We have this problem too. We have had to purchase labels oustide of Amazon buyshipping.

Same here as well. We have only Standard Drop off option available.
Amazon Team-Can we look into this as an urgent matter since it is 13.00 and we have parcels to ship as next day?
