Abandoned Trademark and Amazon Brand Registry
I had my brand registered on Amazon Brand Registry since 2022 when I applied for a trademark. Now, the lawyer is asking if I want to proceed with the Statement of Use or abandon the trademark. Will Amazon Brand Registry remove my A+ Content and other brand benefits if I decide to discontinue the further trademark processes?

The brand registry is connected to the trademark so if the trademark is abandoned: which I assume you are going to remove from USPTO. The brand will be marked inactive and you will love the tools and benefits connected to it.
You should work with your attorney to make sure this does not happen and to register the new trademark before abandoning the old one to make sure you don't lose those benefits you worked so hard to build.
