INFORM Act - Identity Verification Stuck on Error Message "Something went wrong.Try again later"

Been getting this error message every day for the past two weeks since I started the identity verification process. Multiple calls to seller support and customer service have not helped with most telling me that things would clear up after 24-48 hours. Not sure how to proceed at this point as my warning email told me I have until June 8th to verify but my hands are tied. I've cleared caches, tried different computers, etc...same error message. My account is green/healthy according to my seller account page. Not sure what to do at this point...any help would be appreciated. Anyone else out there still getting this error message?

Hi,
I am still getting this message and can't find an answer. I have called multiple times. They keep telling me that they have submitted a request to their internal team and now I have to wait to hear from them.
The whole thing is so frustrating.
