Amazon Buy Shipping, and yet I get an AZ case??

Yet again, Amazon are fighting their own policy,

I purchased Amazon Buy Shipping, Royal Mail.

Amazon policy protects sellers against Neg feedback or AZ.

And yet the AZ case is in favour of the customer and it has impacted my ODR.

Buy shipping doesn't protect you from A-Z cases, only your ODR. Saying this the ODR isn't always protected and you will have to appeal this quoting their policy in your appeal.

Depends on the shipping service you have purchased through buy shipping. If you purchase a non tracked service and this has failed delivery then in practice it won't protect you. (CRL is not classed as tracked for eg)

If a customer gets in touch to say delivery has not happened and you look at this but don't do anything and then the customer puts in an A-Z, you are not protected even if you have used buy shipping as you have failed to deal with the issue.

Amazon generally will make the customer get in touch with you first and at this point you have the opportunity to prevent A-Z by doing it there and then. leave it a few days and Amazon intervene then you lose it and have no recourse.
