Getting Perfume Hazmat Warning Removed To Sell on FBA

Hi there,

We have one product (perfume) that we are trying to sell via FBA. It curently has a hazmat warning that we want to get removed. We have sent in 2 safety data sheets for the liquids present in our perfume (obtained from manufacturers) into Amazon but want to know if we are wasting our time. We see other perfume listings selling via Prime so it must be possible to get the perfume cleared for FBA?

Are we wasting our time or can perfume be sold via FBA?
