Valid Tracking Rate - Royal Mail Tracked 24?

I have submitted valid, trackable Royal Mail Tracked 24 tracking numbers on ALL of my orders.

Yet they don't seem to show up on order overviews, and now I've had an email from Amazon saying my Valid Tracking Rate is 12.5% ??

Is there an issue here?? What is going on? Every order I have shipped on Amazon, the tracking number is added, before confirming shipment. They are ALL sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24??

What is going on??

How are you recording your shipping and tracking details in the order page?

Maybe post a screenshot of an order and also download your VTR defects report, maximise all columns and then post a screenshot here.

It should be easy to resolve,

When are you adding the tracking number? Is it at point of shipping or are you adding it after marking it as shipped?

Silly question, but are you entering the tracking without the spaces?

It's been reported a few times on here that the spaces causes the tracking not to be recognised by Amazon.

You can change the tracking numbers retrospectively to rectify VTR.

To ensure proper tracking number recognition for Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipments:

Verify that the tracking numbers are entered with proper spacing

Double-check that "Royal Mail" is selected as the carrier

Specifically select "Royal Mail Tracked 24" as the delivery service

Confirm the shipment only after entering the tracking information

For future orders, please ensure to follow these steps when confirming shipments. You can also review your recent orders and update any tracking information that may need correction.

To maintain selling privileges, it's important to maintain a VTR of at least 95% in every product category. You can monitor your VTR performance in the Account Health page under the Performance menu in Seller Central. Follow the Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) policy.

I hope this information helps resolve your tracking number concerns.

Thank you for selling with Amazon.

Regards,

Larry
