Since Brexit, I only sell in the Uk and Amazon Italy now. I have no products listed in France, Spain or Germany and have also put those into holiday mode, as I cannot see a way of removing those accounts entirely. The last items I sold were over 12 months ago in France and 18 months ago in Spain, but I have just been debited 60 euros as like a standing charge for Amazon France. Is there a way I can stop getting these charges for something I am not using? I tried Seller Support earlier this year when I got a standing charge for Amazon Spain but we just went round in circles and they didn't help matters.

I have tried to report a copyright violation. Images of my products, which are being used without authorization by another seller in Spain

I have followed the processes indicated by Amazon to the letter. The case is accepted and the stolen images are temporarily removed from that Spanish seller's account. But, a couple of days later, they appear again. I don't know if this is because Amazon doesn't work, or because the seller can continue doing whatever he wants, with impunity.

The thing is, I have escalated the case several times since it was initially accepted. And Amazon doesn't seem to be doing much about it. This is very frustrating.

Is there a way to contact a person (not a robot!!) on Amazon Spain? Taking into account that my seller page is located in the United Kingdom, and I do not have a seller page in Spain?

I have reported the violation on Amazon UK, but they tell me that I should also do it on Amazon Spain. And, when I've done it, they don't seem to be very efficient either.

This is why I need to talk to a PERSON, preferably from the Amazon Brand Registry and Intellectual Property department. Can someone give me a phone number in Spain, or an email, where I can talk seriously with a manager...with a person??

The thing is that I cannot simply create a help case in my UK Seller Central page, because it would be dealt with by Amazon UK only. I need to be able to create a case, or request a call, so that it is Amazon SPAIN that I can talk to!

Can somebody help? Any thoughts on this nightmare would be much appreciated.

I've tried to get an answer from Amazon but all they tell me is that amazon.ie is not fully operational in all areas but they don't seem to know if remote fulfilment will be available. At present I can use remote fulfilment to send FBA stock to 6 countries Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Sweden and Netherlands, but for some reason FBA is not available to Belgium or Poland (unless I send stock to warehouses in those countries). Does anyone know if Ireland will be added to the list of 6 countries that currently offer FBA remote fulfilment?
