Order Missing
I have an email to say the order was sold on the 11th September. Amazon have sent me an email saying I have not yet shipped the order.
Click and drop has the order with all the shipping information required.
The order does not appear in my seller central at all. I search for the order and it says unknown error. My dates are set to be last 7 days so should show an order from the 11th September
Should I ship this order or not?

Are the 2 "Amazon" emails genuine? It sounds like a scam to me.

I did ship the order today via Click and Drop. Once I shipped the order it appeared. So don't know what was going on.
I have been hit by a late despatch defect on the order.

This has happened again. Had a warning I haven't shipped an order.
The order does not appear in Seller Central but had a sales notification email on the 13th and this morning a warning about not shipping an order.
The order was placed on the 13th September. Like the other order it was placed at around 00:30
I can't manually check all the sales notification emails against orders as I have far too many orders to do that. In this instance the order does not appear in my order management system either.
