I did not use any tools and want to end my Professional selling plan. I want to get my money back.
I recently opened an Amazon seller account and haven't fully set it up yet. In the meantime, I was charged $39.99 for the business plan. I want to cancel this payment and get my money back.

You are eligible for a Professional selling plan refund if you have not used any Professional tools or benefits after signing up. If you want to end your Professional selling plan, you are eligible for a one-off refund of up to three months, and your refund request needs to be initiated within 90 days from the payment date of the Professional plan selling fees. If you meet this refund criteria, contact → Selling Partner Support for assistance with refunds.

Good Afternoon @Seller_uNlo8hTJDoGDP - It looks like one of our seasoned seller's @Medic was able to provide some guidance around downgrading your selling plan from Professional to Individual.
If their reply helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. It's a best practice just in case another seller comes along and asks a similar question, it will be easy for them to find the answer.
To add onto what Medic was discussing above, if you'd like to downgrade your selling account by following the first paragraph of this help page:
"You can choose to downgrade your account from a Professional selling plan to an Individual selling plan if you don't want to be charged a monthly subscription fee. To downgrade your account to an Individual selling plan, click Downgrade in My services. For more information, see Selling plans."
Hopefully this clarifies our selling plan options. Please let us know on this discussion if you require additional support or you can always contact Selling Partner Support with inquiries at anytime. Thank you for checking in with us on the Seller Forums and for choosing to sell on Amazon. ~ Cooper_Amazon
