Hermes tracking saying parcel sent back to seller to every customer

Hi

anyway having problem with hermes shipping showing “Your parcel is on its way back to the sender” and amazon sending message to customer saying that the item is not deliverable. but then the parcel will eventually be delivered as expected?

Same with us. I’ve reported it to our Account Manager but no response (sent it last week)
