Product safety issue
Hello everyone,
I have an issue with a product for few months now; a customer was requesting me for some money and left a review which doesn’t make sense. Following the review Amazon red flag my product and asked me some documents.
I have provided all the documents requested but they keep rejecting them.
I do not know what to do; that was my best selling product.
“1. The Declaration of Conformity provided is not complete. We cannot provide support on the highlighted issue. We are kindly asking you to use external resources in order to find the requirements for the Declaration of Conformity.
2. Test report to prove compliance with relevant directive and standard according to the product.We cannot provide support on the highlighted issue. We are kindly asking you to use external resources in order to find the requirements for the Test report.”
If someone could help that will be very appreciated.

If it’s a toy, the DOC is effectively a CE certificate. AMZ are clamping down hard on toys at the moment, is your product sourced locally (UK) or a Chinese import?

Do you maybe think that this is now Amazon looking at your products (as a whole) and then deciding to ask for decs of conformity on this one, based on the many problems that you have had with products? Looking at your feedback, Amazon has struck through a large quantity of 1 star negative ratings and taken the blame for the customer experience. I’m just wondering if they’ve now decided to have a detailed look at these products as a result? I’m not casting any aspersions; simply looking at your feedback and trying to work out why you have been red flagged?
