URGENT – Secondary User Approval Stuck | All Documents Submitted
Hello @SellerSupport @AmazonModerator,
We need urgent assistance with a pending secondary user approval on our Seller Central account.
All required documents and ID verification were submitted successfully, and there are no pending actions showing on our side. Despite this, approval has not been granted.
This delay is blocking day-to-day operations and preventing the secondary user from starting work.
We respectfully request:
A manual review of the secondary user approval, or
Escalation to the appropriate internal team for immediate resolution
If a moderator can review or flag this case internally, it would be greatly appreciated.
We can provide the case ID upon request.
