Got on the Wrong Side of Amazon
I got on the wrong side of Amazon and I used to be able to transfer my monies everyday. Now I have to wait 2 weeks in Payments Reserve until I can access my money. Does anyone know how long I will have to do this for as it does not help my cash flow?

It would be helpful if you posted here the original performance notification, informing you about the change of your disbursement schedule.
Usually, account reviews which are not connected to a suspension last no more than 90 days.

I had this happen to me last year. I kept appealing and involving Jeff Bezos. They would then release funds only to put it on 2 week resolving reserve a few days later. In the end I let it run it’s course (Kika’s advice) and eventually it was removed.

If, as your forum details suggest, you are a seller who joined after August 2016

Then your payment schedule will be permanently based on the EDD.
The funds for each order will not become available for disbursement to you until the disbursement date which follows the 7th day after the last day of the delivery window for that order.
If you are lucky enough to be granted daily disbursements again then the funds for each order will still be unavailable until that 7 day after EDD period has passed.

I’ve been selling for over 6 years, and have recently downgraded my account as sales have been so dire it’s not worth paying the £30 a month. I now have to wait 2 weeks for disbursements. Is this going to be a permanent thing for me, does anyone know?

To clarify, I was able to disburse daily until I downgraded my account and stopped paying the subscription charge.

Happened to us again recently for no reason. Our metrics are near perfect so nothing to improve upon. Usual copy and paste nonsense from “seller performance”, usual letter to UK MD by DPD [again] and we wait.
Meanwhile I flick the account onto holiday settings each time this happens as I am not prepared to grant Amazon 2+ weeks credit.
It’s a plain and simple cash grab to aid their ailing cash flow.
2 weeks rolling delay paying you then an agonising FIVE days into the bank = almost 3 weeks. For us this means loaning Amazon a permanent £20k+ (and then they may freeze it anyway with a phoney claim of some kind). I am not doing that. I leave it ticking over on FBA items (cheap plastic stuff sourced in China) but the big ticket items remain cheaper on Fleabay and our own sites as there we have no 20% fees (the real price here) or 3 week cash grabs.
The fact of the matter is Amazon is no longer a reliable business partner as you can’t reliably get paid in a timely manner ongoing. I am so glad it isnt our only channel.
