No don’t click anything
Check settings - account info - bank account information
It’s full of bad grammar too and reads as a scam - if in doubt, check performance notifications

Scam, almost definitely.
The sign off ‘Amazon Help Center’ is a giveaway, and addressing you as ‘Dear Customer’.
Also 'Your Amazon account where placed…’ is wrong.

“Best regards “ … says it all. Scam for certain.
As already said - always check your seller account first and NEVER click on any link in an email. Always use a safe browser and copy & paste the link (hover over the link with your mouse, carefully, to reveal the url)

Who is the sender of this email and which domain is used? Always check these two before you read or click on any links and attachments . As others said, it’s full of bad grammar, so it’s most likely to be scam.

There are lots of ways to check whether the email is genuine. If you look the message headers of the email it will show you IP address where the email came from together with location and other information.

If there is a genuine issue with your account that would put it at risk, you will find it in performance notifications under the performance tab or Account health.
