EPR for NL and BE

Hello,

Do I need EPR for package for Belgium and Netherlands listings?

Originally I own LUCID number for Germany and my LUCID provider do not serve NL and BE countries. (it means I should find a provider for NL,BE by my self?)

Therefore I have stuck here as AMAZON do not show any requirements to me for selling and listing on these markets.

Will be thankfull for the advice.

It is not allowed to post external links here. But if you google "DIHK Broschüre_Umgang mit Verpackungen in Europa" you will find a list of all european countries and their EPR requirements.
