Hi,
We recently put our products on amazon, its a LGBT Q couples game. We have had our searches suppressed and classified as adult. I have tried to ask why but I get email basically saying sorry nothing they can do that’s the way it is. Why has an innocent’s couples game been suppressed when dildos, vibrators games that are literally called sex game are searchable and sold on amazon prime. Is amazon homophobic ? Is there something i am doing wrong when listing the product ? How can you actually argue your point and not be told you will receive an email and it just says the same old rubbish. Would appreciate any advice.

Is the word adult anywhere on your listing ?
Or have you aged it for for over 18s ?

Not necessarily but the problem is that the system is “bot operated”, not human operated, so things which appear to be strange, often happen. Anything at all to do with rainbows is a problem to us; no matter what we list, if it has a rainbow in it, the search will get suppressed. Does it have LQBTQ in the title? TBH, if the bots could work out I was a tranny then I’m sure they’d probably suppress my forum profile image too
