Has anyone else had a glitch on cancellation requests today ?
i had all my orders with a cancellation notification i stupidly cancelled 4 before calling them and not my metrics have fallen below rate.
it clearly says that it would affect my metrics but it did .
seller support can not find the cause or even have them registered as cancellations .
pulling my hair out .
not had any - where are you seeing the cancellation orders as from now, they should only be in manage orders on the order itself, highlighted in a yellow box
its on the order itself on ‘‘ship my orders page’’ they are all coming with a notification that the buyer requested to cancel the order but i received no email of any cancelation request .
i cancelled 4 as i was just following the instructions now my metrics have dropped .
PS: notification says that cancelling the order would NOT affect my metrics as its a buyer request
5 had that , logged in and out as i thought something was wrong but notifications stayed .
every time i cancelled 1 the next would have the same notification .
no emails sent with cancellation notification sent at all , checked spam and nothing there either .
the issue is that it did affect my metrics and now im at risk of deactivation
I aways take a screen shot showing the amazon cancellation notice and if it shows as a defect I open a case and send a screen shot to prove my point. However in my experience this has no effect at all.
I request that the ‘defects’ have exemptions applied but they dont do that and the defect just sits on my performance metric.

one of my friend is having same issue , he has put his account on holidays from last 2 months because after receiving the order literally in 2, 3 hours orders cancelled automatically, Amazon is saying that he is cancelling the order while he is not, he had send 50 plus e-mails several phone calls and no one is understanding , all they are saying there is nothing wrong on there end, and ODR drops every time order cancelled, as it appears he has cancelled the order , please keep me posted if you sort-out this issue.
