my friend’s new amazon account is unable to log in
so in that case how to contact Amazon in order to find the reason why he can not access to his amazon account?
and how to contact amazon as seller supports number is not working any more?
please advise

How to contact Seller Support when you can’t log into your Seller Central account
If you experience any sign-in issues, try the following steps:

Did your friend try to open an additional account with an existing email address already associated with one on Amazon?
If so, they will have to contact Seller Support explaining their error and confirm the new email address to be added.
