Appeal Nightmare
We were deactivated about 60 days ago due to orders not being scanned properly. We found d out that there was 12 orders that got printed but just never got put on the box and shipped out. ( We get 1500-2500 Orders a month, me and my employees don't know if this was a printer issue or maybe a disgruntled employee threw them away) We've done about 15 appeals and it just isn't going anywhere. Everytime we call Amazon Supprt Health there's a new thing they want us to add to the appeal.
We've sent an Exel spreadsheet with over 500 orders stating their delivery status. Our order defect rate is under 1%. We've sent in all the business certification they've asked for, we've sent in a POA, we've sent pictures of boxes outside of customers house for delivery proof, we're out of ideas. We're worried because Amazon is 70% of our companies sales. If we can't get this resolved we're going to lose our warehouse and have to let even more employees go. Someone please help us.

Hello @Seller_ZZutfjeKVS3aC,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
Why exactly were you deactivated? Was this apart of an account review, one of your performance calculations? Please post the original deactivation notice so I can offer more direct support in your situation.
A lot of time it's easy to focus on what was successful in these situations, but if this was associated to those 12 orders not being scanned properly, you will need to focus on that, as it may be of concern. Were there also concerns of items not being received as you brought up the order defect rate? Since you mentioned someone possibly tossed them out, or not shipped, we need to understand exactly what happened and why it happened to so many orders.
As mentioned above, once we have more information on your situation, I can offer guidance and next steps moving forward.
Emet.
