Paid to file trademark through IP Accelerator, not getting any protection?
Hi all
I have paid Stobbs (Amazons IP Accelerator partner) to file my trademark which is now currently pending instead of just registering it through the government trademark website which would have been much cheaper…I wanted the protection though through the application stage so I paid Stobbs - Amazons IP Accelerator Partner.
They filed my trademark application, and I then went through the application for brand registry which has been approved but is showing my trademark as pending - as it hasn’t been made live by the trademark office yet. That being said, I don’t think I actually have any protection at all, and I’m struggling to see what I have paid extra for here? What has been “accelerated??” - as all I can see is the following screen attached, and I don’t actually seem to have any ability at all to add ASINS to my trademark or manage anything in brand registry which is making me think something must be wrong.
I have contacted Stobbs but I’m not getting much back from them, they said they would contact amazon but I’ve not heard anything.
Should I be seeing something different to this dashboard?
I want to simply add more ASINs to my trademark but the options on my dashboard are limited.

I looked at this & could not see any value over doing it myself,it does not get the TM granted any quicker or give you any protection.
Also I do not see the point of applying for BR or creating any ASIN’s until my TM is fully live.
