账户状况支持的致电失败

账户状况支持的致电失败

我们在中国时间4月21日-4月22日,在“账户状况”-“现在与我联系”中请求账户状况支持的致电,但是并没有接到来自账户状况团队的来电。

我们换了浏览器,清除了浏览器缓存和cookie,换了3部手机请求致电,并检查了手机的拦截功能(都已关闭拦截功能),都没有接到账户状况团队的来电。

请问这是什么原因啊?几个星期前我还用同样的方法,同样的手机联系过他们,怎么这两天都不行了?

我们需要询问侵权相关的事宜,请问怎么能联系到该团队呢?
