Product Insert Question
I'm interested in adding a product insert card to my products but wanted to double check that my language is within the Amazon guidelines. On my card, I want to offer a blanket 15% off to every customer that purchases a product which is on one side of the card. On the other side of the card is a link to my brand page on Amazon and instructions on how to leave a review. I know it is against the rules to give a discount in exchange for a review but in this case I think I'm ok because regardless of a positive, negative or no review, the customer can still use the discount code on a future purchase.

Hi @Seller_PBoGrDbQzpr94,
Thanks for reaching out on the forums about this question. While you typically are allowed to include instructions for leaving a review, I would stray away from including anything on the insert that could influence the outcome of those reviews in anyway even if not directly offering an incentive. Basically, the offering of any kind of incentive (e.g. a coupon code) should typically be left off of product inserts.
It sounds like you have already reviewed the product insert compliance training on Seller University, but I also wanted to provide a link to the social media promo code help page. You will see a note at the bottom of the page that states the following:
When considering running promotions for your products, keep in mind that promotions cannot be offered as an incentive for customer reviews, either explicitly or implicitly.
I think implicitly is the keyword in this situation.
Let me know if you have any questions.
