My account has been deactivated as Amazon system suspect that my account somehow is linked to another account which was deactivated. in past After consulting with Account health team, they informed me that the other account was in France market place and was created in 2019. I informed the Amazon that I only have one account which I created in 2024. Amazon agent told me to justify everything I have told them to the review team in a professional manner. I have told them everything and, told them my future plans to keep my account secure and safe. I have submitted appeal two times now. But, they have rejected the appeals and only saying we don't have enough evidence to reactivate your account. What evidence they want me to provide? They are not being clear. There is not even an option on the submission to provide any evidence. Even if there were I only have my Passport as a form of my ID and bank statements.
Can anyone please help me.
