Shipped 20/11/2025 arrived i Ireland 22/11/2025 an after having "travelled" in Ireland it finally arrived to our customer. who is very happy with the product received.

The order was refunded by Amazon 5/12/2025.

The customer asked to pay the order 5/01/2026

@Seller_5jfBYxoSK5qyH - for a mod to look into it you need to have opened a case with Seller Support first, quote your case ID and then tag in some of the forum mods for them to see your post.
