As requested, we emailed payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk from an email registered to our account but we never got a response. When I contacted seller support, they asked us to contact eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk instead, so we did. This was now after 15th November as we had sent our original email to the first address that was provided.
We still haven't had any response.

I dont think youll get the extension now - the deadline has passed. I realise you said you had replied to the wrong email address (whoevers fault that is) but this was after the deadline.
The response was always with 24-48 hrs if the extension was granted.

Amazon did send the incorrect address and then the correct email address, and extended it to 30 November for the exemption.
However, they have access to check both queues since they were aware of this address mistake, and they informed that no request was received in either queue from you.
Could you please send a copy of your original email with full info (to/from) so I can request the team to deep dive? Make sure date/time is included as well.
