My product is not available in some countries
My product is FBA, USA. It can be shipped to USA address with no problem.
My FBA export setting is enable with no restricted country or region. So it can be shipped to China.
But seems like FBA do not deliver to Thailand or Vietnam and many other countries. The buyer's screen 's showing:
Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.
Deliver to Thailand
The export eligibility 's showing the product is eligible. It was 3 months chatting with SC agents with no solution. Someone please help me.

Thanks for taking the time to post! My first inclination would be that perhaps there is a restriction in place within those countries causing this. However, without seeing the ASIN in questions it's difficult to say with certainty. You mentioned raising this to Seller Support - do you have the case ID number for this issue?
