Request for Assistance in managing FBA inventory in KSA

Hi, Our shipment is stuck with UPS, preventing us from sending additional stock or managing inventory effectively. Due to appointment constraints, we can't send stock directly to FBA and must rely on an agent to handle deliveries. Can Amazon provide any assistance in managing our inventory in KSA?

Where your inventory stuck exactly sending directly is issue in KSA as you need appointment and locations of warehouses are weared so ususally courier companies do not deliver to FBA warehouse
