How Do I Identify As A Brand Owner?

Hi there

We have brand registry in the UK and the brand registry is also showing on our US account. However, we are unable to list any of our products or do any A+, Store set up etc.

I've contacted Amazon around 6 times now and just get passed from pillar to post.

I've found a page that says:

Brand Benefit Eligibility

As an Amazon Selling Partner you have access to a set of benefits. The following is a list of the brands you currently sell in the Amazon store. If your selling account is owned by the Brand but you are not currently identified as the brand owner, you can click on “Identify as the brand owner” in the Actions column to initiate the process to identify as brand owner. Note: Resellers, distributors, and other agents are not considered brand owners.

I can't seem to find the 'Identify as the brand owner' column anywhere.

Can anyone help as I've been trying to figure this out for months now :(

Thanks

Dougal_Amazon

Hello @Seller_LOUq7ufxNAlwK,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team. Apologies for the delay in my response as I was out of the office and am catching up. I see that @Jim_Amazon escalated the issue and provided a case ID via this POST.

In addition, the instructions to add selling benefits are outlined in the Brand Registry user FAQ help page. The second question/answer is "I am a brand owner. How do I receive selling benefits, such as A+, Brand stores, Vine, for my brands?"

Hope this helps.

Best, Dougal
