Issue with Buy Box / Featured Offer Not Returning After Late Shipment Rate Was Fixed
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I’ve been facing an issue that Amazon Seller Support hasn’t been able to help me with.
Due to a fulfillment issue, my Late Shipment Rate (LSR) went up to 5.26%, which caused all my listings to lose the Featured Offer (Buy Box) and become ineligible for ads. After identifying the problem, I corrected it and my LSR is now back to 0%. However, none of my products have regained the Featured Offer, and ads are still not active.
Support keeps repeating that they cannot tell me why and that they are not able to discuss all the factors that determine Featured Offer Eligibility. They gave tips, which I followed. Still nothing.
Has anyone gone through this? How long did it take for your Buy Box to come back? Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with your Featured Offer Eligibility. As mentioned by Seller Support, Amazon won't share specific details on why you are or are not eligible however if you provide me with your most recent Seller Support case I can request an internal review of your eligibility.
