Listing Title Character Limit

I am listing a new item with - as always - an up to 200 character title.
I am getting an error saying that it is too long - the character count is 197.
What am I missing?
Have Amazon changed the rules here?

The policy no longer refers to 200 characters and instead refers sellers to the style guides for each category which can be found at https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G1641

I opened one at random and that one says 80 characters for that category.
