Account suspended due to negative balance (screenshot)

All Europe accounts suspended due to negative balance in the UK.
Negative balance in the UK was created because there are suspicious “other” charges every 3 months or so. (could be VAT related?).
Of course i am unable to pay the balance. i get an “Unexpected Error” when trying to pay with credit card from ANY browser. (the bank says they see the transaction requests and authorize them but the site does not finalize the transaction). and the app has no way of paying a balance since we are sellers and we shouldnt normally have negative balances.
And Support does not answer. they say “your appeal is still under review” and close the case.

  1. Any idea what those “other” charges could be? i dont do marketing.
  2. how do i pay them? does anyone know their account? should i call somewhere?

have you got any stock in UK FBA warehouse that could be incurring long term storage fees ?
