My account has been deactivated due to the reason that payment verification failed. The payment method I used was wise business and the document provided was the bank statement. It was a genuine and original statement downloaded directly from the application itself. Could somebody please help me under why Amazon has not validated my account I have appealed numerous times but no use.
As far as I know, Wise is not on Amazon’s acceptable list.

I had been asked to provide the documents for Payment verification. I provided the original downloaded bank statement for the deposit method. The documents were genuine and accurate. I am attaching screenshots of the issues mentioned in the Performance notification. Please check at your end to know where the issue originates from.
I replaced the deposit method and the system verifies the deposit method. Please check where is the issue.
